Louise Ingoe
Chief Financial Officer
Louise studied a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Charles Darwin University while living in Alice Springs. She was drawn to WOW by its potential, recognising the effort we put into making a difference. Although she lives in Canberra she has fond memories of swimming in the hot springs in Mataranka and the waterfalls of Litchfield park. When she’s not striking numbers you’ll find her striking out at a tenpin bowling alley. Louise is a champion bowler, representing Australia 3 times!

Digital Strategist & Brand Manager
Jessica is a digital and creative strategist with a strong commitment to sparking meaningful conversations and driving positive change. Her passion for mental health wellness and storytelling is evident in her 8 years of experience in social media strategy, brand development, paid media and sponsor relations. Jessica advocates for women's sports outside of work, is a devoted dog lover who can't resist petting every dog she sees, and thrives in the great outdoors. With a background in sports, Jessica has earned three cricket caps for Hong Kong and most recently played club rugby in Sydney. Now, she enjoys something less rough, like squash or tennis, but will play and watch just about any sport.

Registered Psychologist
Amy is a registered psychologist with a passion for discovering innovative approaches to supporting mental health and well-being. Having worked previously in various not-for-profit mental health and private practice settings, she is a strong advocate for continuous learning and embraces the integration of traditional methods with new, evidence-informed practices. Having grown up by the ocean, Amy understands the therapeutic benefits of nature, particularly the sea, in fostering mindfulness and providing renewed perspectives. -
