Our Mental Health Facilitators

Our mental health facilitators are the heart and soul of our surf therapy programs. These dedicated individuals help create a safe and nurturing environment where participants can explore their mental wellness, build resilience, and develop valuable coping strategies. Their commitment and care make a profound difference in the lives of those they serve.

Our CEO

Joel is a keen surfer of 20+ years, known to get webbed feet at times from spending too much time in the big blue. If he could sleep in the ocean, he would. Joel is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, having worked primarily with young people experiencing First-Episode Psychosis in the past. He’s extremely passionate about changing the mental health landscape and talks surf therapy in his sleep. Our little secret—Joel loves musicals!

Our Ambassadors

Our ambassadors are passionate advocates for mental health and well-being. These inspiring individuals use their platform and personal experiences to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Their genuine commitment and dedication help amplify the impact of our surf therapy programs, reaching more people and creating a supportive community. We are grateful for their invaluable contributions to our mission.
